      Pros

      Great food, people and atmosphere. Feels good to work for a company with great values of community and environmental sustainability.

      Cons

      Because of their recent growth and the fact that they are still small, systems are not fully in place. Pay is not the best with no benefits. Hopefully that changes soon especially for full time employees.

      downtown area Interesting food cookies decent coworkers proximity to metro

      Cons

      management could care less about you , No parking barely any promotion within lack of support and trust your job may depend on a yelp review
