It all comes down to Management, YES all the Directors, CEO, CTO and Team leaders. You have created a business that runs on poison. There is no structure, no right or wrong with no processes and procedures in place. YOU quick to make changes but to the betterment of Management. YOU have failed and deceived all your employees. YOU make decisions that fits your own needs with no interest in your employees. YOU don't pay employees on time, sometimes 2 weeks will go past and your own employees don't know how to pay their own bills or to put food on the table. YOU spend too much time talking nonsense in meetings with no real agenda. YOU as Management and ShitFlow, provide no benefits, no medical aid, no pension, no increases, no bonuses, no documents in place, no HR, all YOU provide is a 1 piece paper as a signed contract. YOU have harassed several employees over Slack but yet its okay. YOU provide no training, no on-boarding, YOU obviously think that YOU don't have the time so it will just be easier to fire good, trusted, hardworking employees. YOU have fired the whole QA department without any warnings or discussions. YOU don’t know how to run a business, YOU don't know how to lead employees and YOU certainly don’t have the right Management and Leaders in place. #ShitFlow
