Remote - Work from literally anywhere in the world. Travel - Doubling as Lead Trainer, I get to spend time on-site with clients. Exciting - There's never a dull day! Unique challenges to solve for clients; we service clients from different markets; we host unique conferences and find new ways to engage with our existing clients and prospects. Innovative - Ideas are shared, explored, and implemented. Our team and our clients are integral in shaping the future of ShotFlow! Employee Satisfaction - Not only do we ensure client satisfaction, but leaders ensure employee satisfaction, leading to very minimal, almost non-existent turnover. Growth - There is room for growth within the company, and an opportunity to crossover into other positions, if desired. Accountability - Everyone is accountable, and while some may think that sounds like a negative, it's truly not! Working with a team of people that hold themselves responsible for completing or contributing to a shared workload is AMAZING! We also recognize when we're wrong or have made a mistake, giving us the opportunity to share and learn. And of course, we love to celebrate our victories as a team too!

I honestly don't have any. I've been with the company since soon after it started, and hope to retire from here. This is more than a job. It's a career and a family.
