Managers are jobsworths who only care about overworking there staff

Shorts use to be a fantastic company with extremely high standards with exceptional family values at its core.

Unfortunately they have taken a turn over the past causing what looks like a substantial nose dive driving the name into the ground. Drivers are under valued and pointed out as the main cause of the lack of service towards customer care, in reality drivers are the ones bearing the weight of the organizations lack of management and lack of enthusiasm to support the drivers in a time of what can only be described as a 'crisis'. We are worked to the bones and told to cancel pilate classes to make up the shifts caused by management. General attitude from the top level to the lower 'expendable' employees is truly disheartening.
