Pros
Great students. They, for the most part, are respectful and eager to learn.
Cons
When you are hired, the President and Provst, tell you that the salary cut you are taking is "in service to the school", and that even the administration takes part. However, although there has not been a salary increase for the professors in 10 years, the President and Provost have had significant increases every year (it is public information).
