None that I can think of at the moment

only pro would be flexible schedule

-low pay. Promised tenure raise/didn't happen (worked there for over 3+ years) -had several managers leave throughout that time -everything is based on metrics. Which is funny when there is major lack of inventory, customers complain (obviously- they don't want a jacket or sweater when it's 90 degrees outside but you're expected to make that work). Your metrics go down, thus you will never be able to win. You get reprimanded from management/reprimanded from customer. Not worth my time.
