Pros

Fun atmosphere, great $$, growth. - I think it's funny how only people that didn't do well are writing about the company. Only people with negatives want to spread them on the internet. Ive worked here for 6 months, I make no less than $600 a week and have gone on 3 all expense paid for trips and have won at least $1,000 in prizes. When events are further away, she has always given gas money to the new reps if they needed it and the training managers are on a higher payscale each week to cover those expenses. It's definitely not your average 9-5, but people who are more independent do REALLY well. We also just started working with more clients at Costco and Sams club. We get paid hourly or show performance, whichever is higher and receive a travel allowances per day. I get that some people might have a few negatives on the Nascar program, but I made even more money on that. $700-$1,000 a week.

Cons

I definitely work a lot of hours, but I chose to stay late and work weekends because I have bills to pay.

Pros

This company is very positive and the employees are all really hard working and are good at what they do! The teaching and training program is a great way to keep learning and growing and get you motivated and moving towards management. Great group of people and awesome work ethic.

Cons

Have to work on weekends and make sure you keep your attitude positive because it effects your work to bring negs into the field.

Pros

Getting experience in the field.

Cons

Everything about ownership and the company as a whole is a con, literally and figuratively.
