      Pros

      You will sufficient help within the company itself to build your career and have a better work-life balance. The Founders of the company are the best and friendly.

      Cons

      No cons as such but better compensation could be provided to freshers .

      Pros

      It is a very small team of 5-10 members. so everyone will be having a key role to play in the company. Young and energetic team.

      Cons

      Shopper.com is only a product and the company name is Gati Automata which not even has a website. Hires only as a consultant. So no employee benefits such as payslip, allowance, or can't even apply for a loan as you will be only considered as a freelancer. Paid on a monthly basis as a freelancer. The company will not provide Salary Certificate,relieving letter when you leave the company The company is not registered in India. Hard to get the increment. Too low Payscale. HR management is too bad.
