Some of us have been here since the start. So, our sense of ownership and belonging is huge since we've been part of every aspect of building the Shopmatic company/ brand. We started with a clean slate ! Everything that is the brand today, is a result of our joint efforts. Nothing can be more rewarding than that. Love the mixed set of people in Shopmatic, across all offices. We have people from different backgrounds, different experience sets, different countries even, working together. Truly international. Again, whatever we say or do drives the culture of the company. Thats a huge responsibility and a reward in itself. Where else would you find that kind of open environment and opportunity? When you sign up to work with a start-up everything is a learning! There will be ups and there will be downs, there will be good days and there will be bad days- but its all part of the game! There are no cons working with Shopmatic. I love it here!
