culture is very much an issue as everyone is just out to help themselves and I personally do not feel a sense of camaraderie among the team. Manager did help guide me at all considering I am a new employee and have never been in the business and when I would deliver my work, they would critic harshly and sarcastically which is demotivating and makes me feel small
