-HIGH turnover -vague job description, my job changed during probation -i had limited guidance since my department was short-staffed -Boss loves weekly meetings, redundant because the content is the same EVERY WEEK (slides take time) -since i cover both MY and SG market, its double the workload -too many biweekly briefings about THE SAME THING, and no one actually listens because they will ask you the same thing -no flexible work hours (HR want everyone in the office at the same time so that we can "talk face-to-face". we dont) -OT on peak sales day for some departments (10pm - 2am, or 7pm - 2am, depends)
