Very casual here in the company with your direct supervisors. Different scenario with Upper Management.
Cons
No career growth. Does not value its employees enough to provide good working conditions. It's not enough that you are reaching and going beyond KPI if the big bosses are not aware of you (have to do something big and well beyond your job scope). The expectation is that you go beyond expectations to get a slight increase.
