      Extremely good salary, incentives and benefits. Working environment is good. Colleagues are mostly helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of proper training before being given tasks to complete or perform. Poor to average work-life balance. Lack of direction from Seniors at times. Unable to express opinions and suggestions based on day-to-day experiences.
