      - Perks are quite good - Fancy Office in the SCBD - Plenty HR events - Big company name - Great Salary (Best among competitors)

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership - Lack of experience - Bad people management - Bad conflict management - Immature managers - Zero teamwork experience - Silo everywhere (and maintained) - Zero respect - Indonesia office only maintain small stuff
