Be aware of long working hours - Anonymous employee Shopee Employee Review

Despite many reviews about long working hours at Shopee & Garena, I still gave it a try to interview and work here. Since it's a start-up, scope of work is not clear, I often had to make extra effort to work, the work load is also overwhelming. That's why a lot of people have to work till late. Thus, there is no time for social life, work-life is not balance, especially not for who have kids.
