Toxic management - Anonymous employee Shopee Employee Review

- Very toxic manager with hands off management approach but very high expectations for newbies, creates an environment of fear through sarcastic and unprofessional comments. - Encourages members to ask for more work to OT and claims that not OT-ing is impossible in Shopee despite us not being paid for it - Has a history of threatening PIP to out members of the team, nitpicks small mistakes for every single task with no intention of mentoring through giving constructive feedback - Also very two faced and acts nice at the start/in front of others but does not make any effort to assimilate members into the team. Never had a single team lunch with them during my whole time there - Team members are very cliquey and not inclusive - No WFH - Strict tracking of clock in clock out time
