As a small, local boutique, we provide an environment for associates to learn and grow while contributing to the success of the business. We provide the opportunity to interact with a very talented group of individuals that are always willing to support each other. Sometimes there are individuals that don’t match with this particular culture which is totally fine. There are plenty of companies available for all types of people and we hope you have found a better fit. As a former associate, you know that both owners have an “open door policy”. Both of us work each and every day of the week, every day of the year and every associate has our phone numbers. We are always available to discuss struggles or obstacles that any associate is facing. We actually appreciate these open and honest discussions, so we wish you had chosen to bring these feelings forward while you were still here to see if we could provide a resolution.
