There were so many amazing things about working for Alixandra Collections. The commitment to customer service, their attention to style, and the inlusivity of their brand are among the most impressive aspects of the company.
Sales representatives are hired and trained on the expectation that they will be genuinely caring, helpful, and attentive to all clientele. When I have visited other Alix locations as a customer, I was greeted with the same upbeat, inviting energy as my own location. The company has a very customers-first mentality. All employees strive to create an environment where people are inspired.
As for merchandise, Alixandra Collections and Alixandra Blue have their finger on the pulse of trends and style. Customers return again and again, because they know that they will find something on-trend for any occasion. The Alixandra Blue brand is fresh, young and confident, while the Alixandra Collections Brand is equally confident yet more sophisticated and polished. Jewelry is their specialty, but they have an ample amount of clothes and accessories as well.
The Alix company is incredibly down-to-earth. It is a simply pleasant experience to work for them, and to shop at their unique boutiques.

I had to stop working for them due to a move on my part! I wish that there was something like Alixandra Collections and Alixandra Blue in my new area.
