no code review, no pear programming, no test at all, they don't care about security, managers are suspicious (when you browse internet to find solution, when you ask college for opinion or expertise, when you are ill, that you don't work), they tell you to work in warehouse.. They are unhappy when you are literally one minute later in work or when finish one minute earlier. No communal area, bad toilets. It is not very uncommon when CEO comes to you and shout because he suspects that you changed air con settings.

The only positive aspect of this company that are quite smart to make money over a simple retail service.

There is no structure of sw development. The core service whiskey is their Web portal to sell games and relatives kits is based over an open source. The developer are asked to learn the sw by reading the source without any documentation. There is no training and there is guidance. There is no strategy to improve the service. There is no vision on how to implement a better technology and better products. Please don't waste your time time here you cannot find any opportunities to build a career.
