Dishonest tactics when it comes to customers. Required to sign up 8 customers for the VIP program or get fired so management recommends stretching the truth with the terms of the VIP. We were required to sign up customers even if they said no. We also were required to change returned item dates in the system to prevent refunding customers. I could not do it anymore, its dishonest!!
