      None, no pros absolutely, they don't hit you directly i think can be counted in pros

      Cons

      No work culture whatsoever, you will be treated as a labour, who is only alive to work for them. You are supposed to be working on weekends too as a part of you learning, in the name of learning you will be abused, thrashed and what not. It is a living hell, trust me you will be better off without a job than joining this place.
