Pros
- Established SG company (around for 11 years) with good local branding - Quite flexible working environment (able to work from home if needed, 4 weeks of working from anywhere) - Able to get exposure to work with global counterparts (since Shopback is now in 13 markets)
Cons
- VERY fast paced. Directions can change within the day itself (not even overnight) so be prepared to work very hard and fast - Poor benefits. Compensation is average, annual bonus is very sad, pantry is empty, insurance coverage is pathetic, no other benefits
