- Great culture and working environment. managers and team members have good synergy and they provide constructive feedback as they focus more on objectives. - Good benefits for medical and dental. - Working hours are more fixed. there were very very few instances where you need to jump on after office hours to sort out any emergency issues.
Cons
- Remunerations can be better when it comes to annual increments or promotional increments. - Company's direction is there but there's instances where management goes and forth on plans and execution.
