Pros
The staff are great - competent, helpful, loyal and enjoyable to collaborate with. The product has amazing value and potential, which I believe is the key to the staff's loyalty - everyone sees the possibility of this company dominating the market.
Cons
Results of poor decision-making on the part of leadership is passed on to lower-level employees. When money is tight, executive leaders are still making 2x the $$$ (or more) that general staff makes, and employees are laid off to save money. This puts extra burden on the remaining staff and causes high rates of burnout.
