      Pros

      Access to firearms knowledge. Access to unique and common firearms. Good hours. Great management. Fun staff. Blend of retail and education culture.

      Cons

      Room for advancement. Not for a person that does not like retail. Must be proactive in understanding federal laws (not exactly a con).
