Pros
If you aren't driven to succeed or lack a strong work ethic you probably won't last a year here. BUT for those who want to improve professionally or grow in the photography / post production industry you will find so much opportunity and support. Starting off, the training is amazing - regardless of your previous experience. Guarantee you will learn things you never even imagined about the business of editing and post production. Another major factor is you get to play a major part in defining where you want to professionally. If you have a passion or interest that you want to develop or do professionally they work with you to help you get there within the company. Work/Life balance at entry or middle level is good, you finish your work for the day and go home +99% of the time at 5PM. Upper management does work a lot of extra hours and weekends though to make sure issues don't hurt the rest of the team.
Cons
Can be very fast paced if you aren't used to that, also there is not a lot of overlap in roles and responsibilities so a lot of people are depending on you. The team is really tight knit so the company does ask for a lot of transparency and that takes some getting used to. If your feelings are easily hurt or you don't know how to tactfully confront a teammate who has wronged you it is important you say something and work through it.
