Pros
Lots of hands on time with a wide caliber of firearms. The staff I worked with was awesome in every way possible so that’s a plus. It was also fun to talk to customers who had an interest in firearms. This in store discount was meh, but the at cost online was cool….if you could afford it with that they pay you.
Cons
Pay for sure. You start at $9.00 as part time and then move to $10.00 if you move to full time. Pretty much everything accessories wise is junk there. You may find something once in awhile in store but to get anything worth your money you have to purchase through the website. Anyone in upper management (outside store level) are not friendly and see you as a pawn for the company not as a person. Also there’s absolutely no point in suggesting things to corporate because they don’t care what you say they just brush it off. Avoid this place unless you’re looking for something to do to kill time but if you’re looking for a legitimate job, this isn’t the place for you.
