      Poor Management and Company structure-very inflexible and poor management of resources and capital. Not competitive in pay and benefits. Little thought is given to sales, production and materials

      Some of the things you build a kinda cool.

      Cons

      Horribly managed, constantly running out of material. Have no clue how to efficiently build vehicles. No standard for how things are built, given wrong information on what is required.
