10yThank you for your honest feedback - it's this kind of open communication that will help the company bridge the gap between the operations team and upper management that you mentioned. While this post is a little over two years old, and management has made strides in improving the divergency between both teams since then, there is always room for improvement. Management strives to create the best possible work experience for all staff members, and we agree that "happy workers make for a prosperous company." But as a fast-growing company, these challenges are sometimes overlooked and we sincerely apologize for any negligence on our part to prioritize a more balanced team. Employee happiness is a priority for us, and it is no less important than any other challenge that a startup faces.
