Management is extremely unprofessional at all hierarchy levels. Work environment can also be discomforting at times depending on the location because there is no company culture. There are is little to no organization in the store setting. The company is not technologically up to date especially Banking Aspects, Website and HTML Coding, and Shipping Functions. Finally, There is no advancement in the company. Thus, Shoe Inn faces high turn overs.
