Awful management culture and place to work - Anonymous employee Shoco Oil Employee Review

I have worked for Shoco Oil Inc over 2 years. Everything about this company is positive . The management team is always ready and willing to help. The owners are the kind of people you do want to work for, they care for there employees. It is a good place to work and I recommend Shoco Oil if you want to grow and learn and build a career.

I have no cons about this company.

This place taught me how to genuinely dislike people that you work with/for but put on a decent face to keep a meager paycheck coming in while I searched for other work.

Was lied to, genuinely manipulated and stolen from every paycheck. Owners and upper management gaslight, deny and conveniently forget to pay you correctly.
