Pros
SRAL is a place that pays well that tries its best to maintain a welcoming culture for staff and family. No job is perfect, including this one but you won’t find many better places in healthcare
Cons
Working as a PCT you basically find yourself maintaining these patients schedule. Nurses may not always help and that can be frustrating especially when therapy is so strict.
