Absolutely horrendous place to work. They really do not care about their employees. They don’t offer competitive pay considering how much money they make being the “best” rehab facility in the country. There is a reason there is constant turnover throughout the therapy and nursing staff. You won’t see any therapist here under 30 because they all realized their value is higher than what they’re paid and how they’re treated.
