Great boss, terrible bullying and drama ok unit - Registered Nurse Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Employee Review

PCTs have been there way to long and abuse/bully nurses. This culture is acceptable at Shirley. No one does anything about it. PCTs make work conditions dangerous to patients because they are to worried about drama rather than taking care of clients. We were even told this is how the PCTs act so we just have to accept it. Truly a traumatizing experience To come to work and be bullied cause your new or you made a PCT mad and now they have everyone hating you. It’s very childish.
