The culture that SRA has cultivated is like no place I've ever worked. No matter what your title, SRA is clearly committed to making the employee experience a great one. It is an incredibly kind, respectful, and supportive environment to work. As a clinician, I appreciate that they pay little mind to whether you're an MD, resident, PA, or NP. There's no big egos here; if you're taking care of the patient then you're their provider. That's all.
