Corporate greed at its finest. Makes it painfully obvious they care about their bottom line and that’s it. Pay keeps decreasing. Our really good customers get bundled with non responsive non tippers. Causing us to do 2 orders for the price of 1. Most of our regulars we have built relationships with go to new shoppers and customers get bad service. If you do have to call hq for help most of the time they are reading from scripts. Their answer for everything is to drop you from the order. Constant app glitches. Causing communication issues with customers. Roll out more and more terrible ideas and make it seem like shoppers want it. No shopper wants to be forced to take triple orders in 100 degree heat. I feel like people at hq have no idea what their shoppers even do. Absolutely no gratitude for long standing loyal shoppers
