Poor scheduling Management who says they care but don't act on employee feedback Attendance policy is unruly, unbalanced, and unfair on purpose to ensure fulltime stateside employees are able to be fired with ease. Management does not answer questions when asked just promising to circle back and hiding behind opaque vauge answers. Management tries to keep this team in particular from discussing policy changes and discourages actionable feedback. You will lose a piece of your soul.
