Avoid it - Operations Shipt Employee Review

Toxic managers, terribly managed projects, rampant sexism from engineers, and recent operations management changes have changed the culture rapidly and destroyed morale. I’ve been asked multiple times to have my entire team cancel their PTO to be ready to complete a project only for that project to then be postponed after. I would not recommend working here.
