Pros
When orders are plentiful, and your rating is perfect, it’s pretty great. Got me through the pandemic on top financially. It’s also very flexible, and independent.
Cons
Over hiring. Too many shoppers on the market and not enough customers. If your rating is any less than PERFECT, it affects your ability to be offered orders and with rising gas prices, there are some orders that you are basically doing for free. I only said $16 an hour because that is their “minimum”. If an order is going to take less than an hour to complete, they will pay you less… much less.
