      Pros

      Shoppers are supported and treated as people, not just a means to an end. Pay is pretty good, depends of course on how many hours you work. Regular bonus opportunities. Complies with CA law and provides guaranteed earnings if you did not earn enough per hour for that shift.

      Cons

      Uses the bonus opportunities to count towards the guaranteed earnings. Has a contract to deliver for Party City, which are generally balloon orders, if you do not have a vehicle large enough to accommodate bunches of balloons, then these are difficult to impossible to fulfill.

      Nice gig to make some extra money. Target stores are easier to navigate fyi.
