Pros
When I started out with Shipt it was grand and i had some goals. Customers loved me and I had a rating of 4.7 with acceptance rating of about close to 50%. I was making $300 to $400 a week in New York until one final day in March 5, 2019 unbeknownst to me they deactivated my account. Plus you get to work on your own time which is another incentive.
Cons
Management and communication is poor. I asked them why my account was deactivated and they said for a variety of reasons. What are those reasons? Plus they have two departments as the success team can only be contacted by email. I give them 2 stars because i felt heartbroken. I was doing this job with fibromyalgia and always communicating with headquarters. I was also making sure that the customer was getting all of the correct items. 95% of these customers thought I was friendly and very communicative and always going above and beyond.
