Pros

Direct payment, user-friendly platform, variety of shifts available, customer service for shoppers were helpful.

Cons

Underpaid, customer tips were rare and not emphasized to the customers by Shipt, termination conditions were decided by statistical values that lacked and rejected context, shopping times were unreasonable and did not truly account for factors beyond a shopper's control, also would usually require a shopper to go beyond a safe self-capacity threshold (having to carry many bags at once in order to get to a customer's door on time, especially during holidays)
