      Pros

      I have been with Shippeo for two years now, and I have had a very positive experience overall so far. Shippeo is committed to gender equity in the workplace. I have always felt that my contributions are valued and that I have the same opportunities for advancement as my male colleagues. The company has a bright future ahead, especially with the recent funding round.

      Cons

      Of course, no company is perfect. The workload can be intense at times, but that's to be expected in a fast-growing, global organization. And while I appreciate the flexibility of 100% remote work and work-from-anywhere offerings, being "on" around the globe can be a lot.

      Pros

      Since starting in North America in 2021 it has been a very successful and rewarding experience. Our growth in this market has been exceptional and it has been great to be part of it. Shippeo's combination of strong technology and an even stronger customer centric focus has been worked well fur us. In Asia the story is the same - a culture focused on the customer and delivering value wins most often. It would be hard to overstate the importance of the positive culture at Shippeo and the emphasis on taking the perspective of the customer. This combination is what makes the work enjoyable and rewarding even when things are challenging.

      Cons

      Shippians work to a very high standard - they handle a lot of work, they produce at a high quality level, and they are expected to perform consistently regardless of the situation. For some this can be overwhelming. But for the right person who embraces the challenge, this is exactly where you want to be. The growth opportunities are exceptional.
