      - good for getting your foot in the door - managers are nice and understanding of students - the job is fully remote and the equipment needed is provided to you

      Cons

      - can't work passed 35 hours a week

      Pros

      The work is fully remote. Everyone there is nice and encouraging. They are very flexible about time off, even if it's the same day.

      Cons

      You can't work more than 30 hours per week.
