We cant expect corporate culture. Your profile strength will be low if u work here because nothing much to learn. Managers in India only really know how and what we are working on. Some managers sitting in foreign countries ask status and dont care about the employee so that some employees pretend like they know everything can survive well before these managers. Salary is low for old employees
