Pros
What I love the most is the team we have in Customer Success, we have become a big and tight family. I am always motivated to give my best every day. Knowing that ShipHero has my back (starting from the upper management) makes me feel valued and important.
Cons
We are a remote company, and sometimes I miss the face to face touch, but that is something that is expected, no biggie.
