Pros
The employees were very helpful and willing to support to get the work done. I have learned alot from working directly with the company's CTO (He is very descent and intelligent guy) , and gained a descent exp. dealing with all the below mentioned points.
Cons
I don't want to write long review so i will leave few statements below describing what was my exp. during the past 12 months. - I was promised in the interview that I was joining to build a new department from scratch , however after joining I found that they didnot allocate any budget for my hirings, and ended up me managing a team of one employee (Product Designer) and because of the environment , she left the job after 4 months from joining, that led that I was working on all projects alone - The working environment was very toxic, no work from home allowed. (they clearly say that they dont trust people working from their home) - The COO is just a bully and not a people manager. the list is long and i can write two full A4 pages of the bad things i have witnessed in this work place
