Pros

Ship a Car Direct Overall Rating* Are you a current or former employee? Current Former Employment Status* Full Time Your Job Title at Ship a Car Direct Sales Representative Review Headline* Working for a Company with Integrity Pros*5 word minimum Great compensation is a real plus. You get out what you put in. And working with coworkers who are always supportive, when just starting out., was very helpful. Having employment with a company that really cares about it customers and their experience is a must in my book as well, and this is one of those companies. I can sleep well knowing there are good teams in place to handle any issue that can arise, and do it efficiently. Working remotely, and independently, I enjoy the fact that there is no one micro managing. The Company as a whole is run well and is consistent. When you are hired and go for training, you are paid to do so, and are compensated for the first two weeks to get your pipeline filled. Not to mention your leads are paid for you as well. Anyone who has cold called can appreciate this factor! If you show up, and give it your full attention, you will succeed and do well. I am blessed to have found this opportunity. You can be as well. The whole team is amazing and has their own unique style.

Cons

Training is a week long, and packed full, but there is support when you get going. Customers can be a handful, when it comes to shipping their car. I have found the more you explain the process up front the less problems you have on the back end. Working a life style job can take a minute for you to wrap your head around, if you have never done it. But as you find a rhythm, it becomes easy and gives you some flexibility, you may not have with a 9-5.

Pros

The job is exactly how the owner, Michael, described it. You get out of it what you put in. The flexibility and autonomy is great. No one is breathing down your neck checking in on you, you essentially set your own schedule. If you are highly self-motivated and enjoy helping people in a consulting/customer service sales environment, and value flexibility, you will love this job. The team and culture is great, and the upper management is always open to input and feedback from the team for continual improvements, a very team player attitude and culture with full transparency throughout. The compensation is solid. You can choose to work more hours and make more money or find the right balance for your lifestyle and still do well. Be accountable, honest and professional with customers and make sure you are fine to deal with tough situations in a professional manner when an issue arises with a car shipment and upset customers and you will enjoy this role and do well.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are specific cons to the company or job. Like any job, you have to be able to handle stressful moments and angry customers when an issue comes up with a car shipment on occasion. The job is not a good fit for everyone, but for the right personality and job-seeking interest, it is an incredible job.
