      Easygoing customers and most coworkers Product is easy and fun to know about Work is not complicated

      Cons

      It can get boring fast Little room for growth/advancement Pay is minimum You are just there to sell, not to contribute Customers and coworkers can be rough to interact with (like all jobs) Alot of rules and regulations that don't make sense

      Pros

      The upper management team are extremely supportive and always providing the necessary tools and education to complete tasks. Upper management provides encouragement on growth and gives entry level employees the chance to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Because it is a newer company and industry, you have to be able to be adaptable to schedule changes, operational hours, and inventory fluctuations.
