Pros
High-volume fun atmosphere and amazing food. Great Clientele if you’re a people person. Many people have been working there for many years. Hard work but ability to make great money with a good attitude & work ethics.
Cons
There can be over-scheduling issues & togo orders slowing down food making it difficult for hostesses and for bartenders & servers to turn tables in time.
